Section 10
The right to freedom of association and peaceful assembly
(1) Every child shall have the right to establish a children's club or organization or to assemble peacefully for the protection and promotion of child rights.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the arrangements regarding the opening of a children's club or organization shall be as prescribed.
